Михаил хотел еще поинтересоваться у Вас по поводу финишной обработки деталей, каким инструментом
Вы пользуетесь для финишной шлифовки поверхностей различных деталей как крупных так и мелких
перед покрытием.

master21555, конечная обработка деталей простая - шкурка разной зернистости. Об участии в выставке пока окончательно не решил

Доброго времени суток Михаил! хочу спросить у Вас о начале работы, сформулирую вопросы для простоты по порядку:
1) Михаил Вы используете линии границ малковки с чертежей каждого шпангоута для малковки одиночных шпангоутов или малкуете по наружным и внутренним обводам целиком весь корпус как внутри и снаружи сразу?
2) Использовалась ли временная склейка набора для малковки?
3) Врутренние обводы шпангоутов Вы брали с чертежей или вычерчивали сами исходя от финишной наружной обработки шпангоута и его толшины?

master21555, добрый вечер! Отвечу на вопросы по порядку:
1. Вначале обрабатываю каждый шпангоут по обводам с припуском, а потом весь корпус в целом снаружи и внутри.
2. Для малковки всего корпуса использую временную склейку шпангоутов между собой
3. Внутренние обводы шпангоутов брал с чертежей
