If I may ask you for your help in making hull Gros Ventre, because I had programmed the construction of timber according to the documents I have just received from ANCRET ( www.ancre.fr) but after what I saw in this site and this forum I changed my mind because I had a great interest in the method of manufacturing the hull gave Alex Baranov. I asked what design should I rely to make the composit hull, is what are the designs of vertical or horizontal sections of the hull    Alex I count on you to help me step by step Thks

Hello Alex I do not know if you have plans for the Gros Ventre so you guide me if not I have taken some photos of the plans so that you help me build the composite hull of the boat. I read your good method of construction of the composite hull of the HMS Endeavor and I would l have on my future hull but I found problems in plans that I can not decide what to choose plans for construction. First of all i'd like to thank you for your answer.
Second of all, my problem is not how to build the hull of the ship but how to build the mould in order to build the hull (the mould is the very first picture of those you sent me). I remenber there was a topic on how building this mold with pictures and schemes but i've searched it and it seems that you removed it!

Following this subject I wanted to know how you determined or finish the final shape after the assemblement of three boards with one lived on the iron valleys, what is what you made by the sizes following the plan(shot) 1 to determine the various forms of mould of boat or you counted on your experience and you used directly your electric plane and files and indeed on your magic wink d eye?
It is my first one tries and I ask for your help assistant and followed,

Thank you in advance I have constructed some tens cases on composit technology, therefore I have got wide experience and I use no more than three patterns. However for beginners master this technology I can to recommend to use greater of patterns (not less than six).

Thank you for the answer, I will make several forms depending on the plan to determine the final formof the mold.
Another issue is what I have to take into consideration the thickness of the composit hull which is close to 1 cm that I must remove it from the greater of patterns and what is the dimensions of latte (width + thickness) than you used to make the composit hull ship.

Pine is the basic material for the composit hull. Boards have section 10Х2,5 mm
At manufacturing a punch it is necessary to remove thickness of an external and internal covering, thickness of a frame is necessary for removing too.
